한글이름 : 이건 나중에 검색해서 결과 보낼때 쓰기에
대보시라면 : 소원도 넣을 수 있음. 대보시 이외에는 법사는 소원이나 사연을 넣지 않음.
이렇게 다 써서 주셔야 함.
가장 중요한 것은 내가 번역하거나, 수정하다가 잘못들어가게 하지 않을려는것도 큼
그냥 카피해서 넣어야 가장 안전하니까.

1. For Daoist Masters Ritual:
Application: Please provide the exact name of the Ritual.
Name: Full name
Lunar Birthday: Provide Lunar Birthday only; no time is required.
Chinese Zodiac (Ba Zi): Provide the year, month, day in Chinese characters.
Gender: Male/Female
Address: In Chinese characters
Name: For search and result correspondence.
If it's a Daebosi (grand ceremony), you may also include your wishes. For other Daoist Ritual, do not include any wishes or stories.
A recent photograph of the yourself is required.
Be careful, as incorrect submissions may prevent you from receiving the full benefits of the ritual. We cannot take responsibility for mistakes in your submission.
2. For Spirit Awakening (Younghun Gakcha)/Wonjin Palace Applications:
Please specify which round of Younghun Gakcha you're applying for. Also include feedback (1-3 lines), such as a realization or not from the last session, as well as your needs (e.g., strengthen love relationship - provide details of the other person, learn about past life connection with mother - again provide full information of the other person, strengthen employment luck if preparing for a job, etc.). Please specify which psychic you'd like to apply to, if any.
3. For Purchase of Items like Spiritual items, crystals, earth talismans, physical products:
